Lets Get started
Open new raster 750x750
Copy and PAste frame
Copy and Paste paper
Layers-load/save mask-load mask from disk
Select mask and duplicate to liking then merge the layers
Copy and Paste the remaining elements by sample
Duplicate the gold flowers
Add tube or tube of choice drag below elements
Add name I applied Gradient Glow
Add copyright info
