Lets get Started
Open new raster 750x750
Copy and Paste frame
Copy and Paste mask splatter drag below frame layer
Copy and Paste flower clusters
Copy and pAste snow flakes and add drop shadows
Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample
ADd tube or tube of choice place under elements
Right click in rasters and merge invisible
Duplicate-double click-change blend mode to soft light
Add name I applied Gradient Glow
Add copyright info
