Lets get Started
Open new raster 850x850
Copy and Paste Palm trees layer
Copy and Paste sand -duplicate-mirror
Copy and Paste greenery and duplicate
Copy and Paste flowers-duplicate 3x
Copy and Paste remaining layers
Add tube or tube of choice and place below water layer
Right click in raster and merge invisible
Duplicate-double click and change blend mode to soft light
Add name I applied Gradient Glow
Add copyright info
