Lets get Started
Open new raster 700x700
Copy and Paste frame
Copy and Paste paper drag below frame layer
Layers-Load/Save Mask-Load Mask
Duplicate and merge layers to liking
Copy and Paste Clock, flower and duplicate
Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample
Add tube or tube of choice
Right click in rasters and merge invisible
Go to Layers-load plugin -Radiance
Add name I applied Gradient Glow
Add copyright info
