Lets Get Started
Open new raster layer 800x850
Copy and Paste house and adjust size-image-duplicate-mirror
Copy and Paste tree and place below house layer
Copy and Paste moon and adjust size to liking
Copy and Paste the greenery duplicate-image-mirror
Drag below the house and tree layers
Copy and Paste the grass and dirt layer-duplicate and arrange by sample
Copy and Paste the rose vine plants-duplicate-adjust size
Copy and Paste the pumpkin scarecrow-adjust size
Copy and Paste the cluster leaves and duplicate towards bottom of canvas
Copy and Paste the remaining elements and place above the leaf layers
Add copyright info
Add name - I added a drop shadow
