This tutorial is for experienced taggers using Paintshop Pro

Let's get started
Open new raster 800 x 850
Copy and Paste the frame layer, adjust size to liking and place in center of your canvas
Copy and Paste Paper 15 and drag below the frame layer
Adjust the size to fit inside the frame
Copy and Paste the flower cluster and drag below the paper layer
Duplicate and place on the other side of frame
Copy and Paste the sunflower and duplicate 3x and place around the frame
Copy and Paste the cluster berry and duplicate 3x around the frame layer
Adjust the sizes to your liking
Copy and Paste the pine cone and duplicate 2x around the frame layer
Drag below the flower cluster layers
Copy and Paste the mushrooms and duplicate 3x adjust size to liking
Place the mushrooms by image
Copy and Paste the orange cluster sunflowers duplicate 3x
Adjust size and place below the cluster flower layers
Copy and Paste grass layer and adjust size to liking
Place on top of the frame layer at the bottom of frame
Duplicate and place the grass down below the frame layer by image
Copy and Paste the tree stump and the rock layers
Adjust size to liking and place both images below the grass raster layer
Copy and Paste the orange and burgundy cluster leaves
Adjust size to liking and duplicate 3x and place below flower layers
Copy and Paste the autumn leaf adjust size to liking
Duplicate 3x and fill in areas around the frame layer
Copy and Paste the autumn cluster leaves and duplicate
Adjust size and place on both sides at the bottom and below the grass layers
Copy and Paste log and place below the grass layer
Copy and Paste basket and place below the rock layer
Adjust size to liking
Copy and Paste the dotted element and adjust size to liking
Duplicate and place at the bottom of the layers so it's behind your tag
Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample
Add tube or tube of choice
Adjust size and place above the log layer
Right click on the first layer in your layers column - merge invisible
Go to Adjust - Sharpness - sharpen
I also added brightness/contrast - Adjust - brightness and contrast - 12 brightness 5 contrast
Add name and I applied drop shadow (Effects-3d Effects- drop shadow)
Add copyright info and apply drop shadow
