Lets get Started

Open new raster 750x750

Copy and Paste frame

Copy and Paste paper and drag below layer

Copy and Paste the gears and duplicate around frame

Copy and Paste the blood and duplicate around frame

Copy and Paste the skulls and duplicate-image-mirror

Copy and PAste remaining elements by sample

Add close up tube and place inside frame layer

Double click layer and change opacity to liking

Change blend mode to soft light

I also applied the Radiance effect (optional)

Add full tube or tube of choice

Right click in layers and merge invisible

Duplicate and double click -change blend mode to soft light

Add name I applied the Bevel affect and Gradient Glow
