Lets get Started
Open new raster 850x850
Copy and Paste frame
Copy and Paste paper drag below frame layer
Adjust size so it fits inside
Copy and Paste greenery frame layer and duplicate
Copy and Paste pastel leaf and duplicate around frame layer
Copy and Paste clock cluster layer
Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample
Add close up tube or tube of choice
Place below the frame layer
Double click on layer and change the opacity to liking
Add full tube or tube of choice
Drag below the element layers
Right click in raster and merge invisible
Duplicate and double click-change blend mode to soft light
Add name-I applied noise (effects-add noise-add/remove noise-noise)
Add copyright info
