Lets get Started
Open new raster 700x700
Copy and Paste Frame and duplicate
Copy and Paste Pearl Heart frame
Drag to top of raster and duplicate
Copy and Paste Clock and duplicate
Copy and Paste bird and duplicate-image- mirror
Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample
Add tube or tube of choice
Right click and merge invisible
Duplicate and double click
change blend mode to soft light
Add name I applied Gradient Glow with drop shadow
Add copyright info
