Lets get Started
Open new raster 700x700
Copy and Paste frames adjust frames by sample
Copy and Paste the flowers and leaf clusters
Duplicate and arrange around frame
Copy and Paste paper
Adjust size to fit inside frame
Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample
Add tube or tube of choice
Right click in raster and merge invisible
Duplicate and double click layer
Change blend mode to soft light
Go to effects-xero-Radiance (optional)
Add name I applied Gradient Glow
Add copyright info
