Open new raster 700x700
Copy and Paste red carpet
Copy and Paste palms duplicate
Copy and Paste city and duplicate
Copy and Paste movie films and duplicate image mirror
Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample
Add tube or tube of choice
Drag tube under movie films layer
right click raster and merge invisible
Duplicate raster and select overlay
Add name I applied Gradient Glow
Add copyright info
