Lets get started

Open new raster 700x700

Copy and Paste frame - adjust size as needed

Copy and Paste mask Layer and drag below frame

Copy and Paste balloons- duplicate 3x

Duplicate-image-mirror for right side of frame

Copy and Paste cluster flowers and place on right side of frame

Copy and Paste flower with skull

Duplicate-image-mirror

Copy and Paste white rose-duplicate and place below frame layer

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

Copy and Paste tube or tube of choice

Use the eraser tool on the frame layer so that tube is outside of frame

Add name I applied Gradient Glow - Optional

Add copyright info
