Let's get Started

Open new raster 700x700

Copy and Paste clocks and center on raster

Arrange and adjust as needed by sample

Copy and Paste flowers, duplicate and drag below clock layers

Copy and Paste glitter design and duplicate 2x

Copy and Paste grass layer and duplicate

Copy and Paste birds

Copy and Paste tube or tube of choice

Drag below the looking glass piece

Adjust size and use eraser tool to go around

Copy and Paste tube again and place above the layers

Add name and I applied Gradient Glow

Add copyright info
