Copy and Paste frame adjust size 

Copy and Paste paper 4 drag below frame

Adjust size to fit inside frame

Copy and Paste christmas tree place above frame layer

Adjust size as needed

Copy and Paste poinsettas adjust size

place above frame layer and duplicate

Copy and Paste gifts adjust size 

arrange by sample

Copy and Paste cat-image-mirror

Copy and Paste remaining elements and arrange by sample

Add name-apply gradient glow

Add copyright info and we are done!
