Copy and Paste frame layer and adjust size to liking
Copy and Paste paper and place below frame layer

Adjust sizes to liking
Copy and Paste artwork and place in front of the elements
Copy and Paste flower layers and place below frame layer
Adjust sizes to liking
Copy and Paste remaining elements and paste above artwork layer
