Lets get Started
Open new raster 750x850
Copy and Paste frame and duplicate
Copy and Paste the steam wheels and clocks-duplicate-drag below frames
Copy and Paste flowers -duplicate
Copy and Paste ribbon - drag below frame layers- duplicate
Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample
Add tube or tube of choice
Right click in raster and merge invisible
Duplicate- double click on layer-select soft light
Click on effects-xero-radiance
Add name - apply gradient Glow- drop shadow apply white background
Add copyright info
