Lets get started
Open new raster 750x750
Copy and Paste frame
Copy and Paste paper and drag below frame layer
Copy and Paste splatters and duplicate behind paper layer
Copy and Paste star clusters and duplicate around frame
Copy and Paste word art and place in front of frame layer
Copy and Paste remaining elements used
Add tube or tube of choice inside frame layer
Change opacity level slightly
Add tube or tube of choice and place in front of frame layer
Right click in rasters and merge invisible
Duplicate - double click-change blend mode to soft light
Add name I applied Gradient Glow-Bevel
Add copyright info
