Lets get Started
Open new raster 850x850
Copy and Paste frame
Copy and Paste paper and drag below frame layer
Copy and Paste greenery drag to bottom of raster
Duplicate around frame layer
Apply same steps with the flower clusters around the frame
Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample
Add tube or tube of choice
Right click in raster and merge invisible
Duplicate and double click-change blend mode to soft light
Add name I applied Gradient Glow
Add copyright info
