Open new raster 850x850
Copy and Paste frame
Copy and Paste paper drag below frame layer
Copy and Paste steam cluster and duplicate
Drag below paper layer
Copy and Paste flowers and duplicate around frame layer
Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample
Add tube or tube of choice place below element layers
Add name-go to effects-inner bevel
I applied Gradient Glow
Add copyright info
