Lets get started
Open new raster 850x850
Copy and Paste frame
Copy and Paste paper and drag below frame layer
Copy and Paste greenery duplicate around frame layer
Copy and Paste elements and arrange by sample
Add tube or tube of choice below the elements
Right click in raster and duplicate-double click
Change blend mode to soft light
Add name I applied Gradient Glow and Bevel
Add copyright info
