Lets get started
Open new raster 800x800
Copy and Paste frame
Copy and Paste paper and drag below frame layer
Adjust size so fits inside
Copy and Paste leaves duplicate around frame
Copy and Paste flowers and duplicate
Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample
Add tube of choice and place below elements
Right click in raster and merge inivisible
Duplicate and double click-change blend mode to soft light
Add name I applied bevel and gradient glow
Add copyright info
