Let's get Started

Open new raster 700x700

Copy and Paste frame

Copy and Paste paper and drag below frame layer

Adjust size so fits inside

Copy and Paste rose drag to bottom of raster

Duplicate around the frame layer

Copy and Paste leaves and duplicate around flowers

Copy and Paste remaining flowers

Duplicate above frame layer

Copy and Paste remaining elements and arrange by sample

Add tube or tube of choice

Place below the flower layers

Right click in raster and merge invisible

Double click on layer and change blend mode to soft light

Add name I applied Gradient Glow

Add copyright info
