Lets get started
Open new raster 700x700
Copy and Paste frame
Copy and Paste building place below frame layer
Copy and Paste gear clock cluster place below frame layer
Copy and Paste elements by sample
Add tube or tube of choice
Place below clock and train layers
Right click in rasters and merge invisible
Duplicate and double click layer
Change blend mode to soft light
Add name I applied Gradient Glow, Bevel
Add copyright info
