Lets get started

Open new raster 700x700

Copy and Paste Frame adjust size as needed

Copy and Paste paper adjust size to fit inside frame

Copy and Paste tree drag below paper layer

Duplicate and arrange by sample

Copy and Paste cluster bush duplicate around frame 

Copy and Paste vine duplicate-image-mirror

Copy and Paste grass and duplicate

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

Add tube or tube of choice

Right click on raster and merge invisible

I applied Radiance effect (optional)

Duplicate image change blend mode to overlay (optional)

Add name I applied Bevel and Gradient Glow-drop shadow

Add copyright info
