Lets get Started
Open new raster 700x700
Copy and Paste frame layer
Copy and Paste clocks duplicate and arrange by sample
Copy and Paste roses duplicate image-mirror
Arrange roses by sample
On the frame layer click the magic wand
Select the frame so that its selected
Click selection tab-invert selection
Copy and Paste paper click on move button
move the paper over the selected frame
Click the delete key
Click on effects-bevel- adjust settings to liking
Copy and Paste tube or tube of choice
Drag below the clock layers
Right click on first raster and select merge invisible
Click on effects-xero-radiance
Add name I applied Gradient Glow
Add copyright info
