Let's get started

Open new raster 700x700

Copy and Paste brick wall layer

Copy and Paste frame layer drag above wall

Copy and Paste star duplicate image mirror

Copy and Paste splatters drag to bottom of raster

Copy and Paste paper 5 drag to bottom of rasters

Select layers-load/save mask-load mask from disk

Select mask duplicate and merge down

Copy and Paste flame duplicate

Copy and Paste tube or tube of choice

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

Add name I applied Gradient Glow

Add copyright info

Merge layers invisible

Apply Radiance Effect
