Lets get started
Open new raster 700x700
Copy and Paste frame layer
Copy and Paste paper adjust size to fit into frames
Copy and paste the coral clusters and arrange as sample
Copy and Paste fish and duplicate
Arrange inside frame layers
Copy and Paste tube or tube of choice
Add name I applied Gradient Glow
Add copyright info
Merge layers to visible
I applied Radiance Effect (optional)
