Lets get started

Open new raster 700x700

Copy and Paste Frame adjust size 

Copy and Paste paper adjust size to fit into frames

Copy and Paste crossed ribbons duplicate and place on frames

Copy and Paste the splatters drag to bottom of raster

Copy and Paste gate use eraser tool to remove left side

Duplicate image mirror use eraser for right side

Copy and Paste remaining elements

Copy and Paste tube or tube of choice

Adjust size as needed

Add name I applied gradient glow optional

Add copyright info
