Lets get started
Open new raster 700x700
Copy and Paste frame
Copy and Paste paper drag below frame layer
Adjust size and use eraser tool for outside access
Copy and Paste stars-duplicate-drag below paper raster
Copy and Paste elements by sample and adjust sizes as needed
Add tube or tube of choice
Drag below elements
Add name I applied Gradient Glow *optional*
Add copyright info
