Let's get Started
Open new raster 700x700
Copy and Paste Frame adjust size as needed
Copy and Paste Cluster flowers drag above frame layer
Copy and Paste cluster yellow flowers duplicate 3x
Rotate around frame as desired
Copy and Paste basket place above frame layer
Copy and Paste other cluster flowers
Duplicate 2x arrange above frame layer
Copy and Paste tube or tube of choice
Place at top of raster layer
Add name, I applied Gradient Glow with drop shadow
Add copyright info
