Lets get Started
Open new raster 700x700
Copy and Paste frame, adjust size as needed
Copy and Paste paper drag below frame layer
Adjust size so fits inside frame, use eraser tool to remove access
Copy and Paste music notes drag to bottom of rasters
Duplicate-image-mirror
Repeat steps for cluster music notes and stars
Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample
Duplicate the leaves 3x and drag below the roses
Copy and Paste tube and drag below elements
Add name, I applied Gradient Glow
Add copyright info and we are done!
