Open new raster 750x850

Copy and Paste frame dupicate 3x

Adjust size 

Copy and Paste stamps and place below frame layers

Copy and Paste flower and duplicate by sample

Copy and Paste leaf duplicate image mirror below flower layers

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

Copy and Paste tube-image-mirror

Right click in raster and merge invisible

Effects-Xero-Radiance (optional)

Add name I applied Gradient Glow

Add copyright info

Right click on layer and merge invisible

Copy Ctrl+C then Ctrl V (optional)
